Ki - 'Spirit-Energy'

This is my own streamlined version of the Sousho (cursive script) style for the character "ki," which means "spirit/energy." I wanted to catch the energy and lightness of the meaning, and so decided on this interpretation.

If you study Aikido, you've probably already seen ki as the middle character of that martial art's name.

One more example is "kimochi" (literally "to have spirit") which translates to "Ah, how relaxing!" or "How nice this (warm bath/cool breeze/etc.) feels!"
